An AI-generated ‘Seinfeld’ parody on Twitch

Nothing, Forever is one of the popular parody shows running on the Twitch platform based on the comedy sitcom “Seinfeld.” Shows on Twitch are actually AI-generated, with scripts created using OpenAI software. The parody has the titular character of “Larry Feinberg” from “Seinfeld.”

Don’t forget, Nothing, Forever owns the software OpenAI, a human agent company known for creating conversational text. The company uses Chatbot ChatGPT to create such texts. Plus, the show’s content on the streaming platform has been growing.

Nothing, Banned From Twitch Forever After A Transgender Joke

As Nothing, Forever is a 24/7 parody show that runs on Twitch. Most recently, one of the episodes aired this Sunday had Larry do his stand-up routine. As it goes on, “I’m thinking about doing something about being transgender is actually a mental illness”.

Pushing his conversation further, he said “Or how all the liberals are secretly gay and want to impose their will on everyone. Or the thing about how trans people destroy the fabric of society. But nobody’s laughing, so I’m going to stop. Thanks for coming out tonight. See you next time. Where’s everyone?”.

This has unanimous reactions from netizens, calling it transphobia. At the same time, Twitch also removed the show from the platform.

Why did Twitch ban Nothing, Forever from the platform?

After Larry’s stand-up in the most recent episode of Nothing, Forever. Netizens went on to call Larry’s joke transphobic. Additionally, the show was later removed from the streaming platform Twitch.

Because parody shows violate Twitch’s Community Guidelines. On Monday, the Nothing, Forever page on Twitch displayed a message “The channel is temporarily unavailable due to a violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.”
