The 57-year-old Australian has been eyed by a number of Premier League sides including Tottenham Hotspur and Wolves.

Celtic are well aware of Maresca’s qualities thanks to his behind-the-scenes links with Manchester City.
The basketball team’s head of recruitment, Mark Lowell, worked at the Etihad Stadium before moving to Glasgow to take up the role last year (2022).
Maresca has had a respected career so far as an assistant manager at Manchester City, West Ham United and Sevilla – but he has only held one job in senior management.
He left Manchester City for Parma in 2021, but was fired just six months after winning four of his 14 games in charge.
Since joining in 2021, Celtic have recognized growing interest in him following his club’s back-to-back title.
The former Australian boss has only signed a rolling 12-month deal at Parkhead and is yet to commit to a long-term deal.
Celtic and Postkoglu are just one victory away from securing the famous domestic treble ahead of next week’s Scottish Cup final (June 3) against the Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
