“He also doesn’t have a hood, leggings or gloves on the training ground. That’s how he operates.
“Discipline is at the core. He is a big believer in self-discipline. There will be a lot of rules and regulations, but they will be policed by the players.
“His people management skills have been outstanding. Obviously, he’s made an impact on the team. They played really well against Arsenal and I think they fully deserved the three points. I think he’ll do well there very good.”
