The Guest family moved to Chattanooga from Mississippi in 1965, built a home in Hixson, in 1971 where they now reside. Joe was retired and had been an insurance adjuster and CAT Storm adjuster for over 50 years working with various adjusting firms. He never met at stranger, touching many lives with his humor and always left you smiling.
He always thought laughter was the best medicine. He loved his family, his animals and birds, flying and Cajun cooking and music. He was a member of Valleybrook Presbyterian Church.
